Role: Business Development Managers [BDM] (new)
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary: Great Remuneration Package – OTE £30K - £50k + Bonus, awards + Travel Expenses + phone
Working for one of the fastest growing security firms located in the Heart of Birmingham, we are looking to recruit new Business Development Managers to increase business in the West Midlands.
If you already have great experience within the security industry, you may be our next successful BDM. However, if you can demonstrate your ability to help and assist grow our client base, we would like to hear from you.
Job Description
Role: BDM(new)
The BDM position develops and manages the CBR Security market, working closely with the Operational Director to achieve sales targets, build revenue with new and exciting customers looking for security services.

- You will be required to deliver development plans short and long term strategies to reach targets.
- Report of revenue business plans and agreed realistic targets to secure sales volume and gross margin
- Ability to think strategically, manage risk, problem solve, network and provide a consultative approach to gaining new business opportunities.
- Sell security service and deliver the highest service as a representative of CBR.
- You will be required to search and collate prospective client information and follow your development strategies to close deals
- Regular contact with clients via any channel – and the ability to propose quotes and follow up
This is a business development role with CBR Security Ltd, and there is no limit on what you can achieve and earn! You need to be able to work autonomously and as a team. You must have a good work ethic; and have experience in selling this kind of services to as many prospective clients along with dealing with decision makers.
The ideal candidates will posses a proven sales track record, great communication skills, fantastic presentation, a self starter, and a “can do” attitude. Professional and enthusiastic and driven to succeed. Hardworking good people for solid company will reward generously for the right person.
