CBR Security LTD Door Supervisors are all fully vetted and have a license from the Security Industry Authority. Our Security Officers have undergone the 30 hours training for a door supervisor licence, and includes issues such as behaviour, conflict management, civil and criminal law, searching and arrest procedures, drug awareness, recording of incidents and crime scene preservation, licensing law, equal opportunities and discrimination, first aid, social skills, health and safety at work, and emergency procedures.
CBR Security LTD Door Supervisors follow strict guidelines that conform to British Standards BS7690, Door Supervisors Code of Conduct and BS7858 security screening. We check 10 years of workable history before we deploy them to your venues and have undergone the training by the British Institute of Innkeeping Awarding Body.
CBR Security LTD Door Officers are employed at venues such as concerts, care homes, nurseries, and we do reception services, residential security, arena security, stadium security, and other designated places by the client.
CBR Security LTD Door Officers are often required where crowd size may create arguments or fights commonplace. There are 3 main features that our Security Offices have:-
Firstly, the Door Staff's appearance should equal, if not surpass, the general dress code for the venue.
Secondly, the manner and courteousness should impress and not intimidate potential customers. Door Supervisors should portrait and ooze self-awareness, prompting the highest level of customer care.
Finally, the principle area of Door Supervision is controlling and diffusing difficult situations, avoiding the use of force wherever possible. This can only be achieved by selecting staff for their diplomacy, and then promoting their professionalism through Training.
