CBR Security LTD Retail Security Officers are trained to the highest standard in Shop Floor Etiquette, further qualified with the British Institute of Innkeeping Awarding Body (BIIAB) level-2 National Certificate for retail licensing requirements offered by British Institute of Innkeeping, a professional association for the licensed retail sector which is now mandatory requirements under Britain's Security Industry Act.

- Outside walls and doors must be maintained;
- Ladders and other climbing aids should be locked away;
- Be aware of visitors in restricted areas and unescorted.
On closure we do:
- Check all internal toilets;
- Lock all external doors and windows;
- Empty the till and leave it open;
- Keys should be locked away;
- Set the alarm;
- Leave the building accompanied with other security officer(s).
